01. Ordering Products

Here’s how to place and manage an order with POTO.

1. Choose a product and any available options, then add it to your cart.
2. At checkout, enter your shipping address and choose from the payment and delivery methods available for your location.
3. Review your order details and total before submitting the order.

We send an order confirmation to the email address entered at checkout. If you need to correct an address or request a cancellation, email support@poto.cc as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible after fulfillment or shipment has begun.
