XIKII FF10 Silver ITX Build: 9850X3D and RTX 5080 Inside

A silver XIKII FF10 ITX build with an AMD 9850X3D, RTX 5080, and 48GB DDR5 — a compact all-aluminum desktop PC tuned for 4K gaming and editing.

The XIKII FF10 is a vertical, all-aluminum ITX case in silver — basically the anti-thesis of those glowing glass towers you see everywhere. Pair that understated shell with serious gaming and editing hardware, and you've still got room on your desk for a monitor, speaker, and keyboard. Kind of the best of both worlds.

A Small Aluminum Case That Actually Looks Like Furniture

Stand the silver tower beside the monitor so the case finish ties the desk together.

A louvered all-aluminum body reads as furniture rather than a glowing glass box.

This one comes from XIKII INDUSTRY, finished in silver with a CNC-machined all-aluminum chassis and louvered upper section instead of a glass panel. No RGB, no theatrical lighting — it just sits there vertically, taking up almost no desk space. On a wooden desk next to your monitor and a small speaker, it reads as part of the setup instead of some glowing artifact from a tech convention. The stacked slats, clean front, and minimalist badge do all the heavy lifting.

If you're over the whole identical-glowing-case thing, you'll notice the finish immediately. Silver's also helpful because it plays nice with whatever hardware you toss inside — memory heatspreaders, panels, you name it. Everything just works together visually.

Thermals and Airflow Inside

Open the side panel and check the airflow path before closing a compact ITX build.

A lit fan behind the front slats is the only glow on this otherwise muted build.

Thermals in ITX cases — yeah, that's always the question. Here we're running an ID-COOLING IS67XT down-draft cooler in black, designed specifically for small cases and matched to the 9850X3D. The whole thing was dialed in before the panels went back on, and temperatures hold steady during use.

The layout keeps things simple: GPU fan sits right behind the front slats, the CPU cooler pulls air across its fins, and the braided cables are tucked to one side so nothing chokes off the airflow. The power supply came from the builder, shipped in so we could wrap the machine around it.

What This Build Is Actually For

Look for a machined badge and stacked fins as signs of a real aluminum shell.

Behind that calm exterior, there's actually some serious horsepower. The RTX 5080 16GB handles 4K AAA titles at high settings and can pull double duty on editing work. The 9850X3D — 8 cores, 16 threads, and a big fat cache — keeps frame rates smooth across AAA games and online shooters. The 48GB DDR5-6000 kit means multitasking, editing, and a dozen background apps don't slow you down, while the Samsung 9100 PRO SSD speeds up game loads and file transfers.

That's why this build appeals to two camps at once. Desk-setup people dig the aesthetic. Gamers appreciate the hardware. You get a 4K gaming session or an afternoon of editing and multitasking without needing a bigger footprint — which is kind of the whole point.

The Takeaway

It's rare to find a compact build where the design and the spec sheet actually agree on what matters: quiet, refined looks on your desk, and serious performance underneath.
