3.1 What is Oascal.com's return policy?

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information.

3.2 How do I get a refund?

Once we receive and process your returned item, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment. This can take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
